Stormloop

In 2025 vier Afrikaans sy 100ste jaar as amptelike taal, en ter viering hiervan loods Sunette Bridges die ambisieuse projek Stormloop. Hierdie projek bring 100 splinternuwe Afrikaanse liedjies na die publiek – almal vrygestel voor die einde van die jaar – 2025.

Stormloop is nie net ’n album nie, maar ’n beweging. Bekende kunstenaars uit die Afrikaanse musiekbedryf, saam met die Rivers & Bridges Huisorkes, span saam om die ryke erfenis en lewende toekoms van Afrikaans deur musiek te vier. Die titelsnit “Stormloop” simboliseer die krag, energie en passie waarmee hierdie projek die Afrikaanse musieklandskap bestorm.
